The PlusInflux Network is our exclusive community of the most skilled students and graduates around the UK. You get access to employers around the world, practice assessment centres, interviews and a community of the best (you'll learn how to stand out!).
Joining the Network is tough. You will go through interviews and assessment centres virtually–designed by us to be fun, creative & challenging with a ton of feedback for you. Once you're in there's no need to keep applying to jobs, we'll match you with the opportunities you're after and cut out any of the typical application processes. YES, that includes never submitting your CV, never taking psychometric tests and never not hearing back from an employer again.

If you get accepted into the PlusInflux Network, no longer do the days of scrolling indeed, LinkedIn, graduate job sites for your very first job. You're part of a pool of highly skilled students that have demonstrated talent over and over again. Employers recognise this. Getting your first job requires very few simple steps, no resumes need to be submitted, no psychometrics tests and definitely no ghosting! We connect you with the employers that value your time and use our processes to filter through their candidates.
Feedback at Every Stage
Almost two-thirds of students never heard back when rejected. We give you feedback, help you learn and point you in the direction to grow exponentially at a select skills that will help you stand out. With us you're seriously just one step away from a yes, and you don't need to rely on luck! Your doing everything you need to keep growing and stand out.
Practice Assessment Centres & Interviews
For many students appying for a first job, an assessment centre is totally new! We require you to do one of ours to get in, but we promise it's fun! We create them all ourselves, test skills that matter and facilitate your enjoyment throughout. Interviews are similar, we test you before you make it in to the PlusInflux Network, followed by rich feedback and a simplified process when it comes down to interviewing for your first job.

You can join societies at your university but there is very little access to network with skilled individuals nationally, and internationally! PlusInflux hosts events, meet-ups, holidays, live talks, and much more all inside the Skool community.
Our biggest goal is to make getting your first job easy. You put in the time to stand out whilst at university and we aim to make sure you're in control. No crazy tests, mysteries about the process or lack of feedback. You get it all when you join us.
